recently in a meeting with musicians/praise leaders/pastor, my minister of music admitted that he doesn't practice and that he can only play in 3 keys...LOL...i'm serious though, but now how should i approach playin wit him, now that my perception of him changed in a big way?  holla atcha boy!  GOD BLESS!

As a human, your perception will change, however, spiritually, you should encourage him by praying for him and collaborating with him on how to develop his skill set and also explain the importance on why to practice. 

If that doesn't work, maybe you guys should consider someone that is more qualified for the job.  Why should we settle for less, if He wants us to have the best?
