I would like to know how do you get other musicians at your church to get out of their comfort boxes? Like if were learning a new song how do you get them to try and play like they do on the cd. Don't get me wrong, improvising is great but alot of times they say that there too busy and Sunday after Sunday thats all they do is improvise. And you may have 2 people that practiced the song the way it goes and then the other members are doing there on thing. I'm getting frustrated. What should I do.
