I'm Only 17 and i'm being Ordained Psalmist Of Praise &
« on: January 13, 2006, 06:30:53 PM »
Hey Guys I'm New On Here And I Am Being Ordained As psalmist Of Praise & Worship @ My Church In Philly On 03-19-06 and i'm very nervous about it, i mean i know what God Called me to do and i'm ready for it But When My Bishop & Prelate Told Me i was Shock And Scared well not scared i just dont know how to explain it...... but i've Been on various praise teams in philly but i used to just sing and leave right after praise & Worship i used to think of being on praise & Worship meant that it was only for the " SPECIAL SINGERS" and i used to take advantage of that until when i was 16 i was in a car crash my first car and the Doctor told me that i might not be able to sing anymore and that i might lose my vocal cord so thats what  put me back in reilty. Profett Todd Hall spoke a word Into my life @ Our youth Fourm and he told me all God Wants Is Your Praise and the stuck up sprit out of me and God Will restore! I Vowed to Give God All Of my Praise Church Wasnt Just a Concert for me anymore it was a need! My Voice wasnt just gifted it became annoited i had to clean out the junk in me and get rid of the junk that was setting me back. Now I'm 17 1/2 getting consercrated as psalmist and all i can do is Thank God!! Cause without him i would not be. So Just Pray for me! Oh and i could use some helpful tips! God Bless>>>> Praiseworship

hey! Im 16 years old, and I fill quite a few shoes at my church.  I'm the youth pastor of the youth ministries---you can find me at youthpastor.com---Pastor Charles Reese---aka Pastor Chuck, PastorCharles
ALSO, I'm    the ministerof Music soon to be ordained Pastor of music and performing Arts.

There have been many prophecies bestowed upon me foretelling these grest responsibily, and it has taken much hard work, and some cleaning out time.  All I can say is that the road will not be easy, and the way is certainly tough, but with God, all things are possible.  If you need any advice feel free to ask me, and if God permits, Ill give it to you.

Another piece of advice---Accept what God allows; Never settle for less than the Best

God Bless

Thank you So Much For the advice, You R Right Dont Settle For Less. 2006 is my year its my time but its for Gods glory. I Just need God To Build me up in a way were people dont get me down or whatnot. I'm still workin on not trying to please people and i know this year that i'm going to lose friends in the ministry Because of the level God is bringing me to. Cause i'm still learning to find out not EVERYONE is happy for you. But I know God got my back and the support of my family and Bishop i'll be ok thank you so much for the advice. Just keep me in your prayers that i may still be grounded God Bless >>>> PraiseWorship

Will do---God Bless also know that when you do get to that place of leadership, there are going to be people that will be trying to get next to you, and try to be your friend. know that God will send you all the people that He wants you to be around.  It happened to me except God stripped me of all the friends that I thought that I had.  The song by Shekinah Glory "Yes" is soo true---I says will your heart and soul say yes, will your spirit still say yes?  God had so much in store for me----which is what is being brought over me now----but I had to say yes.  The song also says to be careful when you do say yes, because that 3 letter word will might cost you everything.  So,  allow God to guide you, and gird you up, there are going to be people that will be put under you even now that you will have to teach and mentor, and you have to really be in relationship with God.  Please don't run to the position unprepared, There's a story behind the glamour that a leadership position may bring---take it from me!---Me, I wasn't planning to geton nobody's keyboard, teach nobody anything, or pastor no bad kids, but God had a plan, and I had to fall into place. Do, I will cintinue to lift you up in prayer. Once again, my name is Charles--aka Pastor Chuck.

God Bless You,
MuziqalChuck

LIVE THE LIFE

CONGRATULATIONS!

Esth 4:14… and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Continue to die daily and allow God to rise within you.  Walk in a holy lifestyle because you are an example to others even at your age.  Your leader saw something in you and is confident in you to carry out and fulfill your destiny.

Live the lifestyle you sing about.  Some people fail to realize that its more than just a Sunday thing and think they can do anything and listen to everything and still get up and give God praise.  8O  In order to minister and lead in praise and worship you have to live a lifestyle of praise & worship.  Once you do ministry gets easy.   :D Because it wont take you long to enter into his presence.  You’ve practiced it daily. :D

Keep your temple clean and allow you heart to become clean and God will use you even the more.  I pray that you are strengthened and able to with stand every onslaught that the enemy would bring. 8O

Move forward and be thou faithful unto death.  :D

That great man. God knoes how to humble us down. Just remember to always put God first because God might not be so gracious if he has to humble you down again. God Bless you.

Can God?  God Can!

Grace and peace
congratulations!

that is truly a blessing. but you also need to protect your anointing at all times because there will be so many people that envy you because of what God has given you. and when i say people, i mean young people, adults, ministers, your 'friends', ust so many possibilities that its un real. so protect your  anointing at all times and don't become a victim of "identity theft" (pastor randall parker. may 7, 2006)
