A Good Chord Transition from C# to Bb

If you are in C# play the last chords which would be a CMaj chord then play a Eb9 then ur in Bb

C/FAbC#
F/FGBbEb*****this is that transition chord
Bb/FBbD

this change is only for 3 steps down or 9 steps up ex. G to E  or D to B
