It does not have to be the most technical song, or the fastest or the slowest or the grooviest or a multi-platinum seller. You just have to like it. Feel free to nominate multiples. i actually like a lot of the bass work on Kim Burrell's album A different Place (sometimes I can't tell if it is key bass or a regular bass) but then again when I look at the credits I shouldn't be surprised
