Title: BET Celebration of Gospel 2005
Post by: Rocker on February 26, 2005, 08:06:19 PM: This year the celebration of gospel was hot. Fantasia, Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, and J Moss did their thing to the fullest. Tye Tribbett: all I have to say is WOW! Tye Tribbett could have went a little longer because I was feeling that. I thought the entire show was good but I want to know what is the name of the song that Mary Mary song? I hadn't heard that song before.

Post by: Freddy229 on March 01, 2005, 01:37:57 AM: The best part of the show for me was the tribute to Mattie Moss-Clark!! The Clark sisters are always awesome to hear!! The drummer for the show is pretty good too!! He didn't seem to be having any problem with that beat! BET does a good job of finding a MD to put a band together: Patrece Rushen and Rickey Minor this year. I can't wait for next year's show!!

Post by: Bronzee on March 01, 2005, 10:52:58 PM: I don't know if mary mary have that on cd..i kow that the melody of the song is like ..an oldies from back in the late 70's..by the "honeycombs" the song was called 'WANT ADS." i like the song anyway..its very nice. Mary Mary have nice strong voices.
