please help me with how to get this sound on my snare

and could you please tell me what drumhead i could use to get that sound

Actually my snare sounds just like this. I have a Pearl Piccolo Free Floating Maple and Brass Snare. Depending on where you are primarly playing you can get the sound out of this snare.
