Title: REAL OLD SCHOOL
Post by: Jteel on January 17, 2007, 08:26:44 PM
I am an old quartet bass player (70's) who switched to keys.  I guess you can call me a traditional player.  I have a crazy praise and can only play left hand ole school bassline and mix it up a little with right hand chords and lead.  You can say I play guitars on the keyboard.  I only know the key of G a little and want to branch out with a contemporary flair.  To make it worse, I am a master at using the transpose key.  I am currently playing keys for a quartet group and also play at 2 churches so I know a little sumtin.
I want learn AND hear those chords like Smokie Norful and others.  HELP
