Title: The Wedding Song--There is Love

Does anyone know how I can hear a copy of this song?   It was originally by Noel Paul Stookey, then someone changed the words to make it more christian.  It was requested at a nursing home to have it sung.  All I have is the lyrics.  I don't know the tune and have tried to find it online.  Thanks in advance.
