Title: Occassion for Annual Choir Day???

The choir president asked me to do an occasion on choir day, what exactly does that consist of?

I'm not sure.  Did they ask you to do a talk on the occasion?  I've heard that before, I think it's where you get up and basically talk a little about what choir day is all about.  I've seen people do it at Church Anniversaries, and they just talk on how long they've been around as a church and what the celebration is all about.  Hope that helps, I'm not very familiar with it, I've just seen it at other churches I've visited.  It might help to talk to the one who asked you to do it, and see exactly what they expect from you.
