My church New Jerusalem Ministries will be having praise and worship
conference where speakers will talk about different areas of praise

This conference will be held April 3rd-8th

Can you give any advice to other people planning a conference?

Well the conference was postphoned to a later date. But here is some advice that I learned from trying to pull off this conference
1. Pray and ask God what he wants to be said and how he wants it to be done
2.Make sure that you have a budget that shows what will be spent to raise the money and then how much of a profit will be made
3.Plan how if needed you will raise the money to pay for the expenses that will be needed to have the conference to come to pass
4.Make sure that you lock in your speakers, person(s) that you will need to do the conference so that you will have help. This to not burn you out and so that you will not feel overwhelmed and frustrated.
