Title: Interval reading techniques

Hi everybody,


I just read an article which says that interval reading technique can help improve sight reading ability.  Does anyone know about this interval reading technique?  Meanwhile, how can I read both clefs together ?  I'm not good at sight reading, so I find it difficult to read both clefs together at the same time.
