Laying Tracks
« on: November 11, 2003, 01:44:43 PM »
Just curious, do any of you guys lay tracks in order to performing songs that you may lack extra musicians or want to make the song fuller. For instance, if you lack a drummer and/or other instruments, do you take this tedious time to lay it on disc and maybe convert to casette or CD. That is all of you who have the keyboards that will perform this service, of coarse. This is something we have been doing for years in addition to playing ourselves. Just curious because I hardly hear anyone mention it.

I lay down midi tracks, it's the same thing, but I don't use them, I just play the song...if the spirit is high, what do you do? Rewind the tape??
