Do anyone have the list for the best Gospel songs of the 80s? Trying to compile a playlist..

I was a kid in the 80's, so I remember songs, but not artists... I think the original "I can't feel at home" was in the 80's... I love that joint...   "When the Battle is Over" is another good one....

I don't know why when you said Gospel songs, I immediately thought of choir songs.  It was the age of the Mass choir though...   I gotta think for a minute...

"When the Battle is Over" was Walter Hawkins, that whole album was nice. There was a forum done on here in 2007 that had so many sons but it got deleted.
ooohh Just thought about Fully Comitted, think that was Milton Brunson but not for sure.

"Best" is at best subjective but I'll give ya what I like.

I was gone in the 80's but thank God not too far gone.  Some of what I'll include will be from the 80's but most from the early 90's.  It might help.

Is "My Soul Is Anchored" from the 80s?

If it isn't then it's has a rather dated sound for its day.  Back in the 80's, though I wasn't listening to much gospel or Christian music.
