I just viewed his video on investing and I must say that "I found no fault in the man" from the standpoint of the Word.  His presentation was highly repetitive and gave me the vibe of a salesman as I have viewed similar presentations with the same kind of structure.  However, this budgeting information that PHb posted looks very interesting and it amen's what I've heard from the pulpit quite frequently.

That man (Dave Ramsey) and his teachings have literally changed my life!!! He was a source of not only hope, but he had practical & common sense solutions to financial problems that my wife and I had been struggling with our entire adult life! But I will warn that it only works when you go "all in", you can't pick and choose what suits you.  I, too, got a salesman vibe from him many years ago when I first heard him, but we changed our financial life around without spending one dime. Like PHB who first posted, I encourage anyone who is need of a little financial hope above and beyond the Christmas season, to spend some time with DR, he has the tools to equip you for financial success! (I sound like a salesman now! LOL).

I encourage anyone to just check him out, his shows stream on his website via video & audio (http://www.daveramsey.com/show/home/), and he has his own iheartradio channel too (http://www.iheart.com/live/Dave-Ramsey-Channel-5859/).

I listened to his radio show for about 6 months before i moved on anything, just cuz i wanted to really get a feel for his heart before I started to follow him. The rest is history!
