Trying to figure out what key Im in and......

Hi guys back again with another thread. I have these chords and Im trying to figure something out here with these chords. I have domininant altered chords here that kind of throws me a curve here. So I was wondering can you help me out.

Dm9-G13-C6/9-Fmaj9-Bm7b5-E7#9-Bb13-Am11-A7#5

Without hearing the way the pattern is played I'm not 100% positive on this but it seems to be in Am and that A7#5 is used as a passing chord to restart the pattern.

Key of C

The first 3 chords are ii - V - I

It's also a circle of fourths progression w/ the Bb13 as a passing chord.
Music theory is not always music reality.

And the C Major is a 6/9, which is a very 'stable' chord....

Without hearing it and looking at the pattern, I would say C as well.  Even though you have the Bb13 as the passing tone before you hit the Am11, the progression is commonly used in the key of C (7-3-6).
