I cant take it!

Everytime i ask for Piano CHORDS! people give me Youtube videos, or sheet music. I'm grateful (Not trying to complain) but, im a 15 year old trying to learn songs & direct 2 youth choirs. I cant read sheet music! Is there a website i can go to that only has the chords, for example

LH/RH
C/C-D-E-G

That would give me something like this? and it not have like, A E#m7? I dont even know what that is, and no one please judge me, im trying my best to do what my God wants me to! people please help! im struggling
