I may be mistaken, but I don't think anyone will post a break down on video chord for chord of a recorded Praise break...
I will tell you however, they are playing in F#/Gb and using pretty much traditional...as we sometimes call them "preaching chords" at times...listen to the bass in the first part and you may be able to pick it up pretty similar using chords you know in other keys such as Eb which seems to be the favorite key of many to play in when using "preaching" chords or "shouting" music as they are sometimes called.
