Mudician Needed in Dallas

My name is Demonte Chism, with EncourageGospel Ministrsearchingy located in Dallas, Tx and I'm  searching for young musician to help me with background. I play keys, organ, but I'm looking for musician. Age Range 12-20. I'm looking for a keyboard player, organ player, guitar player, bass player and also drummer.
