Thankyou all for the many replies and the warm welcome! I wont lie and say that I have not been sceptical of the "happy clapper" crowds(please do not be offended),but if it is possible to feel good spirit through the internet...then I am sure I have felt it through your kind responses.
I have never been one for forums on the internet, but and I hope this is not taking advantage of the genuine warmth I received from my first post,I kow I have a rocky year ahead and I guess I may be taking advantage of your generosity a few more times.
It appears to be more of a gospel music forum....but I guess Mahalia led me to it.

I understand your sentiments/ reservations. No need to feel like you're taking advantage or anything like that.
I can tell you right now that this is a forum like none other- it kinda makes everyone feel like they're part of the family
This is not to "lure" you in, but I'm just sharing my experience. You'll soon realize that by just browsing through the posts here.
There are many people who are skeptical- many of them have been members for a year plus, but they just observe- eventually they come out of the closet after realizing the true values of LGM and the authenticity of its members.
You'll also appreciate that we don't just discuss music, but anything and everything that affects our universe [browse around and see].
Also, we all have varying opinions, are all from different geographies [I'm from South Africa], different ethnicities,but nonetheless, the common faith in Jesus Christ keeps us united.
I know that God is taking you through a whole new experience, a journey, to build up your testimony. I encourage you to share or ask anything you need to know about your new-found faith in Jesus.
