What up fellows,

Man I tell you the truth. I play for three services at my church. The worse one is the 7:30am! Trying to get those wrist and fingers loose. This is what I came up with.

Take single, double, triples, quads( 4) stroke and put them together. But try not to hear the change between strokes.

Then I do the same with paradiddles sinlges, double, triples with hearing the change over.

When you warming up do you tense up on the sestoplet. I'm trying to allow myself to except a rebound from the sticks, so I can relax. I was looking at john blackwell video and he looks like he was tense alot. I like alicia keys drummer he looks relaxed. Also chris Coleman looks relaxed!
