Good list Layla! I know how to do about 27 of those.
What else can you do for headaches? Tylenol, Excedrin and Ibruprofen are my headache-aways.
I'm going to have to count how many I know how to do. I know I don't know everything I listed, that's for sure.
As for the headaches, it's not so much the remedies I'm referring to, it's the troubleshooting. Headaches are usually a sign something is wrong. So instead of popping pills, you should know if it's one of the easy fixes. Often times, headaches are a sign of high sodium and/or HBP, constipation (a lot of people don't know that.
For me 9 times out of 10, if I have a headache, I just need to go to the bathroom - sorry for the TMI, guys), hunger, dehydration, fatigue, headscarf too tight
, vision obstruction like dirty glasses, old prescription, or eye strain; or stress/tension/worry. So try to solve the problem
before popping the pills.
And if it is stress or tension, chamomile or peppermint teas are very relaxing, as is lavender oil.
