I love the last line of that interview.
They moved to L.A. looking for something different, and they didn't find it. And all along everybody else was searching for the same sound they had.
I have always felt that way. Even BEFORE I moved to Detroit.

Interesting. I've seen somewhere, where Jamerson actually expresses disdain for the electric bass. He was an upright player at heart.
