automatic cord rewinder?

I was looking at a vacuum and was wondering how hard would it be to take the part that winds up the vacuum cord and put it on my combo amp.

Has anyone ever did anything like this?

Great idea!  I would imagaine it would add quite a bit of weight to your amp though!?
