chord help please

I was listening to an old cassette tape of Walter Hawkins Love Alive III. I would like help with the song "Lord I Love You" the tape was garbled at points so I only got the first part of the song.

I think it maybe in the key of D-flat.  The lyrics that I heard(some of the words maybe wrong)
 For waking me up this morning for letting me see a brand new dawning. Though I made plans for this day
death could have come during the night and took me away. And for this Lord I love you, Lord I love you, with all my heart and with all my soul. The tape skips to another song so I don't know how much I'm missing but that first part really gets my spirit and I would like help on this and the rest if anyone knows this song.  Greatly appreciate your help.

I also need help with a couple of songs.
Is there anyone out there know the song I've already been to the water, some of the words I've already been to the water, I"ve already been baptised, I've already been converted, I feel, I feel, I feel alright. I don't know who the artist is, also Grace by Darius brooks. If you know the cords to these songs could you please post them?
