How Much to Charge for Studio Work?
« on: April 24, 2011, 10:43:50 PM »
What's a reasonable fee for studio work (keys)? I know it varies depending on skill, I'm just looking for a general ballpark range.

I've read that most session musicians charge between $50-$100 per hour

Off the top of my head, I would say ask 3rdDay or TheMidiRoom, if you have either of them on FB. 3D does a lot of studio keys stuff, and TMR is a (whatever he is)... but he owns a studio, so he might know. SoundofJoy would know, too. That's all I can think of right now.

Some of the drummers might know, too... ask Kevin or Lockslie or Beatboxerz.
