It has to be dietary.  One thing about my wife is that she doesn't let them eat a lot of processed foods and junk.  Our oldest is 10 and she hit puberty after turning 9 and being that she is a tall girl, she could pass for a 14-year old.  BTW, can anyone recommend a good shotgun?

Yes that's true.. because even if they are developed in other areas their hands will still look like a kid's hands if they are near or under 20 or so..
