Once u click on it, go to the 3 boxes in the middle and find what part of music theory u have trouble with. They provide step-by-step walkthroughs, games to help train your ear, etc.

Just reading up on some old posts and came across this.  Hopefully this will be helpful to me however you give very good explanations on theory and make it easy to understand.
