Does any one know the cords to you've been so faithful by eddie james and the phoenix mass choir

Here are some of the lyrics....  verse As i look back over my life i can see how your love's been guiding me..........

Chorus..You've been Lord you've been so faithful

Vamp: I can never repay you lord for what you've done for me...How you loosed my shackles and you set me free....How you made a way out of no way......Turn my darkness into day...... you've been my joy in the time of sorrow.... I tried looking at that website and I could not find any list of chorded songs, but thankyou for the advice any way I'll try to keep looking.....Do you think you could put the link to the song on a reply...May God Bless

Does anybody know this song.  I'm trying to learn for a youth choir at my church I'v started play it by ear but i would like a second refrence.  Thank you and be blessed
