I don't know if a District means the same thing in our organization as it does in yours, but I'm the District Minister of Music for District #7 of the California District Council, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.  There are currently four churches in our district.

In our District.....Greater Gainesville (#2) of COGIC. We split the position into three parts. District MOM...Assistant MOM. and Director of District Band (Musicians) I serve and the District Director of Bands. We are a small district with three churches in the Gainesville Florida area.

Well I use to be apart of the COGIC, however now we are now Non Denominational and we are apart of the Faith Fellowship Ministries a network of non-denominational churches, where I server under the Presiding Prelate, Bishop Bobby Bloodsaw as the (District) Minister of Music. Under Bishop Bobby Bloodsaw's leadership there are about seven churches.
