I thank RJ for presenting exhibit A...lol

Cordney you do realize that article backs Manny more than Floyd right?

I stated in my previous post that Manny has agreed to testing up to 2 weeks before the fight. (Olympic style) That's exactly what Floyd demands according to the article in the link. (7th paragraph)

If I misunderstood you... my bad. But if not. What will be Floyd's next excuse.

I heard that roach said this fight might happen in 2012 because mayweather's most recent opponent is similar to the Pacman

NEW YORK -- Freddie Roach believes that Floyd Mayweather Jr. could be preparing for a long-awaited showdown with Manny Pacquiao by returning to the ring in September.

The trainer of the Filipino sensation told The Associated Press in a phone interview on Wednesday that he thinks Mayweather has agreed to fight young welterweight titleholder Victor Ortiz because it would help get him ready for a fight against Pacquiao.

Ortiz and Pacquiao are both fast, high-volume punchers, and they're also left-handers.

The undefeated Mayweather, who will be ending a 16-month layoff, has rarely fought left-handed opponents. The few he has, such as Zab Judah, have given him some trouble.

Pacquiao is scheduled to fight Juan Manuel Marquez in November.

It would be the biggest fight the sport has seen in at least 10yrs.

...if it ever happens.

Manny Pacquiao is no match for Floyd Mayweather. After struggling to a close, and controversial, decision victory over Juan Marquez it is evident that Pacquiao could not handle Money May.

Review of Results

Pacquiao has now fought Marquez three times. All fights have went the distance, and all were close. Pacquiao is 2-0-1 against Marquez, but neither of these fights were decisive. All deserved to end in a draw.

Meanwhile, Mayweather has fought Marquez one time, and he destroyed him. That fight also went the distance, but it wasn't even close. Mayweather won every round.

After last night's performance, Manny should be 1-1-1 in his last three fights against Marquez

Pacquiao vs Marquez results prove Mayweather would destroy Pacman?

STYLES make fights.

If 'Figher A' can defeat 'Fighter B', and 'Fighter B' can defeat 'Fighter C', that DOESN'T MEAN 'Fighter A' can defeat 'Fighter C'.

Ali and Frazier fought 3 times.  Ali won two of them and all three were very close fights.

Ali and Foreman fought once and Ali knocked him out in the eighth.

Foreman fought Frazier twice.  Foreman absolutely demolished him the first time by knocking him down six times before it was stopped.  The second time it was stopped again.

Mayweather destroying Pacquiao would prove Mayweather can destroy Pacquiao.  Nothing else.
