I'm CME but not of the above. My sister is MOM. I've directed some but didn't like it, lol.

I'm trying to get an idea of how other C.M.E. churches structure their Music Ministry.  Since we are a little "different" than other denominations (COGIC, MBC, etc ....) who have the traditional Minister of Music / Director / Musicians.
