Anointing Fall on Me, just one chord help pls?

Hi guys,

I just have a quick question.

On the Jamal Hartwell Urban Worship dvd (where he is accompanied by Jason) he plays 'Anointing Fall on Me' in Ab. There is a chord that he uses at the chorus part:

(RH/LH)

Let the power of Ebm
Your Holy Ghost A C F Ab/Ab <-what is the name of this chord here?

I initially thought its just a 2nd inversion of a regular F major chord. Because a F major is like F,A,C or A,C,F or C,F,A.

But Jamal played the A,C,F and Ab.

I don't know what this chord is...

You could play a simple F over an Ab (F add the Ab) or you can play an F in the right hand and add the Gb, C tritone to make it sound more gospelly.

The chord looks like:

Left Hand: Gb, C
Right Hand: F, A, C

assuming this is in a flatted key,the Ab in the base dictates an Ab maj 7 in an inversion

I had difficulty understanding this chord and therefore it is challenging to me to convert this into the other keys.
