Mildred Falls / Mahalia
« on: December 16, 2008, 11:57:57 PM »
Hello,
I would love to find more info about how Mildred Falls accompanied Mahalia in her own, so recognizable way of playing.
Are there any resources explaining the way she accompanied Mahalia ?

Bless,
embee

The recordings are the best...there may be some transcriptions floating around. Also check Wikipedia, etc...

well, maybe i am a little bit uncorrect.

I have plenty of Mahalia stuff on cd, with or without Mildred.

I never found any other recordings with Mildred.
