In this case it's probably an F7sus4 chord. But, I would like to know what key u are in and what root u are using because that chord could be named using the other notes as the root.

the root in the left hand is C# Ab Eb
O.K., so the entire chord is this:
C#-Ab-Eb / F-Bb-C-Eb
???

Please do that. If I can see the chord in context, I will be able to better assist u in getting the correct name for this chord.
