If you can install programs on your computer, Gnu Solfege is better.

It has theory tests, that'll keep track of your record. It's really versatile, covering rhythms, chords, scales, solfa, etc. If you need help learning how to use it--although it's fairly easy--let me know.

You should also install:

To install cSound, you'll also need to install Python 2.5. You can get that here:

The intonation lesson will even test you to see if you can hear if a note is off by tones less than a 1/2 step. You know Q#, or Ub.
