Gospel Turnaround

Can someone hive me the structure and chording to the gospel turnaround. I am speaking about the turnaround you using at the end of a praise song like God is a Good God and others. Thanks....

3 / 1 chord
4 / 4 chord
#4 / #4 dim.7 chord
5 / 1 chord
5 / 5 dom.7 chord

Example in the key of C:

E / E-G-C
F / F-A-C
F# / Eb-F#-A-C
G / E-G-C
G / F-G-B-D#
