I think it was very well put together. It's not at all instructional, but honestly, it's not meant to be. It seems as if it was meant to expose these folks on a more personal level. That is to say, it allows you to get to know them more as people and not necessarily as drummers. There is plenty of playing footage, most of which is phenomenal, but it seems to me it's more about inspiration than instruction. The shed at the end though was incredible. Cora is a flat out beast. Aaron is, well, Aaron. Gerald and Nisan both showed up big too. I would recommend it. There's a lot to be learned from it. Maybe not so much from a drumming perspective per se, but rather from the wisdom they share and the drive and determination that seems to be common in all of them. If nothing else, it'll make you want to go and practice.
