« on: February 18, 2009, 11:00:56 PM »
For those who dont know on Facebook Rob Lewis (MD for New Kids On The Block, Christina Aguilera, Babyface etc..) has been making video blogs sharing his insight as a musician and his experiences and a few of them get real deep and personal and are very informative.

for those that dont have facebook here is a link to his youtube page he has put up about a third of the videos so i would advise you guys to check them all out not just the interview with Chris lol

http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=MISOMAdigital&view=videos

he has one on there he did for me explaining what he looks for as a MD in every musician thats another good one

Great post. There is nothing better than when someone whom has been there and done that gives back in such a way to teach/inform others of they way to success.

Rob is a visionary in that he if the founder of the Movement Orchestra a group of professional musicians including Brian Frasier-Moore that are out to be the Funk Brothers of our time. The Funk Brothers being the band behind all the Motown hits , which they never really got acknowledged nor credited for. * For more on the Funk Brothers see the DVD documentary:  Standing In The Shadows Of Motown. The Movement Orchestra is group of genre conquering musicians who are across the spectrum laying it down on stage with the best of the best  artists.

Let us all gleen the wisdom and the inspiration.
