So by that token then, would it be kind of like a poor man's sub-kick? Or at least along those lines?
i wonder how this would fare with an acoustic woofer?
one requres phantom power to enhance the low end of the bass drum and the other just operates without the need for amplification to do the same task that the Subkick does.
I wouldn't call it a "poor man's Subkick" - one requres phantom power to enhance the low end of the bass drum and the other just operates without the need for amplification to do the same task that the Subkick does. This is just based on my observation from the referneced website.Correct me if I am wrong, BEATBOXERZ.
i've seen and read all about it it.. now i wanna hear it!i wonder how this would fare with an acoustic woofer?
Buying mine........now!. Will let you know how it works out!!
website is down currently (11:03 PM CST)... arrgh!!!, LOL
Try it now SK. I just got into the site...
I got in right after my post above. The seventh time was a charm, LOL. I can see this working out well in an unmic'd poorly mic'd situation. I wonder how it does in a double mic'd situation with an internal and an exterior. I guess when we here the Dennis clips we'll know unless someone on LGM experiments first.
YES SAH!! This is a well spent 40 dollars. I might buy another for the travel set. Sub kick flub kick this is the real deal!!!. I hope to post a video soon of it. Beatboxer good look!!
