Watching Wichita State and Kansas.  It's some good basketball.  I wonder how intense is the rivalry if at all.

aww man ... i feel asleep during the Game! LOL I knew KU was going to let me down. But I'm happy for WSU and I look forward to KU playing them again.

chatter due to the teams not playing each other that much

there was a discussion back when all the conferences were moving teams around and WSU was in the conversation to join the big XII. So the proponents of that made the most noise during this game.

Holla!  Y'all.... haven't checked in for a minute.  If LL and (I can't remember who my other main encourager was) are still here they will be glad to know that I am back on my weight loss journey.  Taking a more balanced approach this time in hopes I will be able to maintain it long term.

I need to lose at least 20-30lbs. I think I have figured out what works. :D I don't drink sugary drinks any more and haven't been for over a year. Last week I started eating a salad everyday. Eating nuts everyday helps curve sugar cravings. Exercising consistently is my main issue. I think what will help break that is going back to sports. You will do exercise you like so I will try playing some ball again or get back into martial arts.

Yeah, cutting sugar is major.  I'm on a plan called Let'sGo!... a friend mine came up with it, God gave it to her.  She's been on Dr. Oz and it's really taking off as a business venture for her.  But people are really getting big results.
