From the article, it doesn't look like a normal thing. I haven't heard that Brazil has any security issues. I wouldn't worry about it.

I just asked her what the next steps would be. There was no need to ask her how it happened and all that. Her family had already given her hell over it.

It is quite saddening though. She is a good Christian girl who really loves the Lord and has that child-like faith I really admire. She had just broken her engagement and was feeling emotionally weak. Here was this dude who really pushed up on her and he fell.

She said it was her first and only time and hey presto! Twins!

I will say that this has really tested me in the "do not judge" department.

It happens.  I don't really have an issue judging that situation.  It's the ones that seem to just do it freely and repeatedly and seem to show no repentance.  Like arrogant wit' it... but then again, still, only God knows the heart.

^^^I've seen it before.  Mostly with young girls who don't really pay attention to their bodies.  But if you don't expect a pregnancy, I guess it just doesn't dawn on you (lol), especially if you haven't been pregnant before...

CS: Still missing my husband and trying to cope with his loss. I'm struggling mostly with the fact that my kids are confused and don't understand why daddy hasn't come home. We have, however, made some steps to attempt to rebuild our lives from scratch so keep us in prayer. Can't help but to thank God for carrying the kids and I through this storm because God knows we need him more than ever.

I thought its was a grown woman. Maybe I didn't read well. 5 months seem to be pushing it though unless she is used to being abnormal.

Yes. She is a 25 year old woman.

What she said was that it just didn't register with her that she could be pregnant. Even at 5 months she still looks good. She has added a bit of weight, but you really may not be able to tell.
