I don't know if this would help, but if you can get the melody, maybe you can pick out the bass line too. Most gospel music is bass centered, so if you can find out the key of the song, then pick out the bass line, you might be able to stack simple chords on top of it (that is, unless there are a lot of slash chords).

Thats cause the bass is the 2nd most important poart of gospel music

the gospel is the 1st most important part :D

*vows to NEVER move to the South*

God would have to get up from His throne and tell me my next blessing was there in order for me to even THINK about moving down there.

LOL!!! I do be angry when I'm hot, too.  Hot or tired, I turn into a whole different person.  Someone's liable to get their head taken off.  Just let me sleep or direct me to the nearest AC unit.

84 degrees in this part of the south today. :)

SisterT's neck of the woods was seeing 114 degree days the week before last. I think Memphis was pretty close, along with Tip's neck of the woods. Mississippi is also very hot.

I will say this though, @Tip, that Florida heat is different. The temperature can say 91 but... nah man. It FEELS like 120 (no exaggeration). In June, I went to Jacksonville, which isn't even deep down in FL. It was 90 in Atlanta and 93 in Jacksonville. There is no way you can tell me that the difference was only 3 degrees. I can't explain it scientifically, but it's just a different kind of heat. I swear it was unbearable. I couldn't even breathe in that heat.

It's like the exact opposite with the Phoenix heat. It can be 120 degrees in Phoenix and it will feel like a 95 degree day in Atlanta. Idk. It's just different.

Nah, chick...I used to live in GA and visited relatives in Orlando....this year, yall can gon' with that mess. Gon' nah! This is the plain state with no trees, only what's planted.  Say what yall want but too many people passed out or died this year from the heat. The other day, the newspaper talked about the police having to come and save 6 people at the same time who passed out from the heat. I'm just not believing it this year, sis, sorry...no way. PLUS, rain is in the forecast in Florida for at least 10 days! Get out of my face!  >:(

No, I was saying it's beautiful in GA today. Not hot at all. In the 80s. But I think a 100+ day in Oklahoma is comparable to a 90+ day in Florida. (Of course, I've never been to OK so I could be dead wrong... lol). I'm just saying... that FL heat is not to be slept on.

I pre-ordered Deus Ex: The Human Revolution for PS3 today.

Well...I actually pre-bought it.  Paid the full price.  I NEVER do that but this game has the potential to be amazing.  It looks like Splinter Cell + Metal Gear Solid + Fallout 3.  Everyone who has played the 10hr demo has come away extremely impressed.

Between Deus Ex, Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3 (Joy!) and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I don't know how I'll find the time to do anything else(eat, sleep, shower, go to work, etc).

That's why people use the phrase, "But it's a dry heat..." when they talk about western deserts, lol.  But don't let it fool you, you heatstroke takes people out in Phoenix all the time.
