I wear glasses....not a fan of "doubling up." Trying to put one pair of glasses on top of the other is very uncomfortable and unnecessary!

Thank God I have praise and worship rehearsal in a little bit at least that will brighten the rest of my evening. That's my medicine right there. I could go in DEAD tired and come out all excited (most times). I always look forward to rehearsal.

Me and divas dont get along very well. Esp. calculating, brown nosing ones. The Toofpick in me like to came out LOL. I worked too hard to get to this unit to have drama try to dwell and give me issues. My coworker (and leader of our group) encouraged me though. We served together somewhere else, and he told me he was glad to see me here because I helped him get his life in order with God. He said last time we served together, he was going down badly. He said I didnt know it, but I was always so joyful and talking about God, so he decided to start trying to live right. I didnt know what to say, but bless God. I was so humbled. He plans on coming with me to church. Go JESUS!!

Breaking News

SAD NEWS - Please join me in remembering ANOTHER great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Dough Boy died yesterday of a yeast infection and traumatic complications from repeated belly pokes. He was 71. Dough Boy is survived by his wife Play Dough, 3 children, John Dough, Jane Dough & Dill Dough, plus they had one in the Oven. Services were held at 350, for about 20 minutes.

C.S. watching my son swing himself in his baby swing. He likes to reach over and grab one of the legs of the swing and push/pull himself. I'm just glad that now I don't have to turn the thing on and off

At work. Decided to really dress up for once, dressy gray shirt, white slacks, black high heels. Walking up to the job minding my business while looking cute and step on a huge crack in the pavement. Almost bust my face good. Glad no one saw that(at least i think) Wearing my slippers once i get off work

Where did you post your request, sis? I haven't seen it. (Not that I could chord it for you, but if I haven't seen it, it's possible others have overlooked it, too).

Also, did you follow T-Block's instructions for "Before You Request Chords"??

I believe it's time that we, yes me included, stop being so lazy and get serious about music. It takes a long time to really become a good musician, so don't try to rush thinking you can just get chords and be alright. YOU WON'T!!!

If it seems like I'm yelling, that's the purpose of it. I'm just wondering when are we gonna realize that there is no easy way to do this. It takes hard work, dedication, determination, etc. You have to be very serious and focused on what you are doing. That means consistent practice not only on playing, but on the learning aspect, i.e. music theory. There is no way around it guys and girls.

Music starts in your head, so if you want a true short-cut to becoming a better musician, get it in your head first. Practicing away from the keyboard is just as effective as practicing in front of the keyboard. If you never get this stuff in your head, you will never be able to really play and understand what you are playing because your mind should control your fingers, not the other way around.

O.K., I'm done yelling now, but honestly I want all of us to become the best musicians we can be. I truly am concerned about your needs and I'm here to help in any way I can. I love each and every one of you and I am praying for everybody's success in music. T-Block out!!!
