Just got some unexpected news... I think it may have knocked the wind out of me.

Trying to figure out whose music can make me feel better balanced right now.

blah thought I had a new idea today again. I was going to connect a sensor similar to what is used on automatic windshield wipers to the windows. That way when it rains the windows will roll up. Well someone already thought of that too :(

Yes TGBTG! Still a little shaken. Never been in an accident before. I was able to get the guy's drivers license, but the cop didn't take it, nor did he want it. He said there's no proof. So this guy gets away scott free. It's all good though. I'm alive and that's what counts the most.

Did the guy make physical contact with your car? If he didn't, the cop is right.

If he did make physical contact with your car, you need to call the precinct and speak to the cop's boss, and take it all the way up to the chief of police if you have to. And also contact an attorney.

But for the record, the police officer can't stop you from filing a small claims case to get the damages paid.

Nope:( I thought he made physical contact, but he didn't. If I didn't move, he would have hit me full force causing a serious accident involving multiple cars. It would have been much worse. What gets me is he didn't even look twice, even when I honked my horn frantically so he wouldn't get over, he got over anyway forcing me off the road. Not one person stopped to see if I was ok:(.
