I always hear good stuff about cayenne... I've always omitted it from stuff because I'm a whimp when it comes to spicy stuff... but lately I've taken a liking to a few spicy things, like wasabi... so maybe I'll give it a try...

Girl, I put cayenne on just about everything: eggs, steak, turkey sandwiches, etc. Love the stuff.

Just mixed some plain Greek yogurt with all natural peanut butter and coco with about a teaspoon of honey. Kinda like pudding but without all the sugar.

I want to say it's been about 15 or 16 years for me.  I want to get to 190 before year's end.  That's very doable.

Im on my Asus tablet with my daughter watching elmo on youtube while I type this and do work at the same time. Kinda glad I have Windows tablet with a keyboard with trackpad. Plus the two finger page scroll make things easier. :)

Getting ready to go to rehearsals for this upcoming play, "The Best Lesson".  Thirty plus years of dramatic service and this is my first professional play.  It's been fun working with other pros.  I look forward to doing it more often in the future.  We have rehearsals for the Christmas production right after I'm done with this.  I'm also heading up the black history program so I'll be working on that as well in December.
