c.s. just remembered I watched a documentary on Bill Withers it was pretty cool at least now I will do my best not to ask famous singers to sing their famous song ... especially if it came out decades ago LOL

CS: Working very hard. My boss was out yesterday and is out today. Taking a break for a few mins. Ready for 4:00.

Happy Sunday everyone!

CS: Happy that last night I finally figured out the circle of fifths and how it relates to key signatures. Now I can look at a hymn and determine what key it is in (still working on overall being able to read music but that's a step forward).

CS: Also happy that Pastor approved our Sunday School Superintendent-elect's proposal for me to be the lead teacher of our young adult Sunday school in 2013. I am so excited yet humbled at the opportunity to minister to God's people through study of the Word. Even though our Christian education format is unilateral (in that we all teach/preach the same thing), I'm praying God uses our class to deal with things beyond the scope of what's being talked about. God is so amazing!!

thought I figured out a way to reduce my taxable income by bartering for things more often ... #fail they (the IRS here in the USA) already have a form for that

Wow BLY!  I teach the young adults, too.  We too, have the same lesson as the other classes, but you'd be surprised how you can tailor your approach for your class.  I'm having a blast with mine.
