Awwww, THANKS. The last year or so have been really crazy for me. Between completing my Law degree studying for my masters and working full time as a Planning Analyst for one of Europe's biggest energy companies; its been to say the least a little hectic.... :D ;D.

Not to say that it hasn't been fun, but I've really missed just having the time to practise the keys and share with my LGM family. Glad to be back.

Wellllll...I just almost failed a test. I decided not to open my mouth because if I did, it would not have been pretty. At. All. I just wrote in big letters on my receipt how I felt and gave it to the manager. And I called and spoke to the owner. The owner said I'm not the first one to complain today.

So......

Ooooooh, I have been wanting a sloppy joe for like 20 years. LOL! When I was growing up, whenever my mom made them for us kids, she always made something else for herself and my father. So it was inadvertently buried into my subconscious that sloppy joes are for kids. It turned out that my daughter hated messy food, so I never made them for her... therefore, I haven't had a sloppy joe since I was a kid. :-[
