Da' Drumma is back with the report on the Kirk Franklin Concert. Unfortunately it didn't go to well. The people opening for him took so long to do their setup, and sound check that it only gave Kirk and the band 1hr to setup, and do soundcheck. The good part is that they did it in 15min. The bad thing is they only had 45min to perform out of the 2hrs they were suppose to. So overall he did like 4 songs, and at the beginning of the 5th they sent a message on stage that he had to leave immediatly or the city would shut the power off. Anyways in the short time they did perform, the sound guy was shaping the sound the whole time, so it was a big distraction. Terry Baker on the other did an excellent job, he truly showed why he is one of the best. He straight killed. The other musicians that I knew were Sean Martin on keys, and Bobby Sparks on organ and keys. Didn't recognize the bass, or guitar player. Overall it was alright, but highly disappointing.
