Help To Resolve

I'm in desperate need of some help in trying to resolve a song I'm composing, so I thought to myself why not ask some of the best musicians I know. This has more of a jazzy tone as most of you know this is more of the style I prefer.

Here is what I have so far"

C/E G B D
C/F Ab C Eb
repeat 4x's then go
Ab/G Ab C Eb
G/F A Bb D
C/F Ab D Eb
Bb/Ab C Db F>PC
A/G C Db F>PC
this is where the problem is after repeating the 2nd set of chords how can I resolve back to Cmaj9.

Made a mistake on that note should be C/F Bb D Eb

Sorry about that I wasn't at my board when I chorded this and noticed that I made a lot of errors. These are the correct chords.

C/E G B D
C/F Ab C Eb
repeat 4x's then go
Ab/G Bb C Eb
G/F A Bb D

Bb/Ab C Db F>PC
A/G C Db F>PC

I don't know the rhythm, but go back to the AbM7 after the last chord above...
Ab/G-Bb-C-Eb
then too
Db/G-B-Eb-F (Passing) to
C/E-G-B-D - CM9
